If a picture tells a thousand words, an infographic is practically a novel. I just so happened to discover one on Vitamin D that I felt compelled to share.
As we approach summer I inevitably receive an increasing number of questions for the sunshine vitamin. How much time in the sunlight is enough? When does the risk of skin cancer outweight the benefits of vitamin D? Should I still supplement during the summer?
Instead of writing a lengthy post, I figure let’s let the infographic do the work, and use my time to cover the simple complexities of Vit D later this week.
